Deposits are non-refundable to hold your booked date. Cancellations will result in loss of deposit, transferring funds to an alternative date can be possible for event makeup bookings when 48 hours notice is given. If you postpone your wedding; this is classed as a cancellation and a new deposit is to be paid to confirm the new date. Any changes to the size of the bridal party once deposit is paid can be discussed; however if the booking size does decrease in numbers, payment for this person is still required to match the initial quote. If you are feeling unwell or are presenting Covid-19 symptoms, it is up to my discretion whether the service is applicable. 



The client must share information on any known allergies or medical conditions that they have. In no event shall Kim be liable for any reactions to products. 



Early hours fees apply to bookings before 7am and after 5pm. This will be added on at the time of your appointment. GST will be listed on invoices and not included in price. 


The client is responsible for any street parking or hotel fees that incur as a result of the location of the booking. If payment is not prepaid; there is a surcharge with paying on card in person. All group/bridal booking invoices are to be finalised 4 weeks out to booking date.


For hairstyling appointments you must arrive with completely dry hair ready for styling. Hair must be clean with no product in. If your hair type needs to be professional blowdried before styling this needs to be completed before your basic hair-styling appointment. Extra fees can apply to hair styling appointments when a service needs to be added or extra time to achieve the look. E.g. extra long/thick hair, clip in extensions, damp hair.



Kimmi K Artistry has the right to take photographs or videos for the purpose of promotional material on her socials. It is up to the client to disclose if they do not wish for this exposure.
